@GNRailUK not ok that you aren’t stopping at Highbury and Islington with no explanation apart from London Underground strike. Not my problem or concern. Just another ripped off commuter who earns way less than the drivers. Still no refund for the last train cancelled. A #disgrace

I used to support the strikes, however inconvenient but not since the drivers didn’t support ticketing staff when their jobs were at risk. You don’t have any support from Londoners anymore and we have no-one to complain to. No-one cares 😡

So now why is the train not stopping at where I want to get off? Not a good enough explanation. The striking drivers earn way more than me. I have been so inconvenienced already. I am going to lose a comedy gig ticket and hotel room on Thursday as I won’t get there now 😡

@tfl I booked with @Uber and it was a @greatnorthern service but everyone wriggled out of my refund. They said I couldn’t claim for the cab I had to take. I wasn’t trying to. Just the train ticket I couldn’t use when I took the tube instead.

@coopuk Second delivery this week that’s late. No offer of compensation. When it happened on Wednesday I called Customer Services, I was really polite, no raised voice or bad language but advisor said I was malicious and he was giving me a final warning! I emailed - no reply 😞

@Uber_Support Just ordered. Selected promo offer but it wasn’t applied. No help option for this. Followed instructions to cancel so I could try again but no cancel option came up. Now order has probably been picked. Only ordered for 40% discount 😞
