Hey yall! Back in December I started reenacting thanks to my buddy Paul in the Jersey Grays. My first time doing so was being cast in this episode of the Revolutionary War! I am one of the sleeping soldiers that gets killed and my hand with my ring is shown. Great filming and production. It turned out beautifully. And my buddy Paul plays Pulaski. And he’s riding Puck, the official Headless Horseman’s Horse at Sleepy Hollow! Check it out!

@epicworldtrip I’ve been there before. It’s how I went into the rabbit hole of The War of 1812. The folks at the Niagara Museum recommended a book by Donald E. Graves. From then on I was hooked. Went to Lundys Lane and all.
My next book was picked (out of the 2 options I gave) by my daughter to partake in what it is I read. I wanted a War of 1812 book this time to help refresh my memory for our next trip next month. The book is “The War of 1812: A Forgotten Conflict” by Donald R. Hickey. I have less than a month now to pretty much get this refresher.
I’ve been seeing a lot of comments on the recent videos that are quite similar such as “Did you ever make it to the end of the Lincoln Highway?” and “Are you coming up to Oregon next?”
I’m not complaining and all of the questions are perfectly fine. Just so you know, I have all of the videos arranged in a playlist on the YouTube channel to make it easy to see them all in order. Hope that people are continuing to discover and watch this celebration across America.
Finished reading this book by @VTHistory25 Chris Mowery called “Trumbull County Boys: Company H, 20th Ohio Volunteer Infantry In The Civil War.” To sum it up, it was refreshingly excellent. I haven’t done one in a while due to my schedule but stay tuned for a book review!
