@DeanTTraining This tracks. I'm running 3 days of longer cardio (60-75 mins) and adding usually 2 days of 20-30 mins on the bike post lift on upper body days and maybe after legs if I have time for a cool down.
@TJ_Bongiorno Think there's a big difference in the expected taste/performance/value weighting for the mixed powder vs canned beverage? I probably expect canned to taste better. But that's just one idiots opinion.
@TJ_Bongiorno Took some work for me to find out where in the day I should hit the gas and where I should schedule some fluff. And with young kids, lots of things particularly early/late in the day shift around. Crazy what can be done in a couple 2-3 hour blocks of real work though.
