Tomorrow wraps up the first 5 months of my kids attending the school where all of the learning is powered by AI (and no teachers).
I get asked almost every day what the experience is like.
In short: it's truly wild.
Here's what it's like overall:
The most effective health & longevity protocol= the levers that make 90% of the difference: sleep, cardio & weight training, light in am/day, dim/dark at night, stress control, eating unprocessed quality foods & real connection should be done 90%* of your remaining days.
Sundays get out of doors & move as much as possible. Run, walk, play a sport, house maintenance, etc. It goes way beyond the cardiovascular benefits w/movement, sun, fresh air. Make it social if you want. It’s amazing how little we do this nowadays. It improves your whole week.
So much of what Democrats and Republicans assume about each other is steeped in misperception. @zakijam Professor of Psychology & Director of @StanfordSNL@Stanford explains just how wrong most people are about this on the Huberman Lab podcast out now. #Election2024
We're far more interested in a chess match between grandmasters than between AIs, even though the AIs are way better. I'm noticing the same thing with video and art. Once I realize it's made by AI I lose interest, no matter how good it is. Maybe a good sign for human creators?
