Thanks to @celia_graef for sharing about the value of PA State Parks and their value to agricultural education! (Shoutout to my #psuaged24 peers who keep me included while I visited Athens FFA for the day!). Also enjoyed making kestrel boxes in our AEE 350 class this week.
I enjoyed learning from @EmilyJay0108 in our #psuaged24 Teaching Merhods course this week about her experience at @miraclemountain Ranch! Her experiences in youth ministry and the equine space helped our entire cohort to gain valuable perspective.
Today in AEE 412, @seannageiger shared about her experiences working with @ShaversCreek Outdoor School. It is exciting to see the overlap between agricultural and environmental education, especially for younger learners! #psuaged24

This weeks #psuaged24 presenter was @NoahAgEd! Noah shared about his own experiences working on a PA dairy farm. Great example of the value of educators bringing real-life experiences into their classrooms!
Happy #NationalTeachAgDay! This is an exciting day for all of us in the profession. Today I am grateful for my #psuaged24 cohort - next year at this time, it’s our turn to be behind the desk!

Enjoyed hearing from @MahlerMckenzie this morning about her experiences working with learners. Thank you Mckenzie for sharing your perspective along with helpful resources! Glad to be able to attend virtually as I make my way to the Big E in Massachusetts with @PVAgEd. #psuaged24
This week is AEE 412, #psuaged24 we focused on what our First Day of Teaching will look like in just a few short months. In this week's video blog, I reflect on what I learned and hope to improve upon! https://t.co/IN6CfN7ojh
Learned a lot from @paige_rohrbach today about opportunities for hunting/wildlife education in our future ag classrooms. Lots of great resources shared from @PAGameComm ! #psuaged24
Last week, #psuaged24 enjoyed a week of meaningful learning experiences. We reflected upon how we care for agricultural education programs through an egg drop activity and got to watch @EmilyMcGowan_25 crush her presentation on teacher burnout! Looking forward to more to come!
Throughout this semester in #psuaged24 AEE 412 led by @FosterDanielD, we have the opportunity to reflect on our experiences in our teaching lab. In Week 1, I learned a great deal about managing time and communicating the "WHY" behind what I teach!

Said goodbye to the #WFPFGOALS Spring Immersion and ended on a high note! We braved some snow for our travel home and I enjoyed seeing how they de-ice planes. Made sure to check out a few MN staples (including Nelson Bros Bakery) on our way out of the twin cities. @globalteachag
Time is flying at my #WFPFGOALS Spring Immersion! My students were excited to show off their new banners courtesy of @globalteachag@WorldFoodPrize and @USDA_NIFA! The class enjoyed the Global Farmer Experience from @GrowHopeGlobly - highly recommend for all ag teachers!
Good stuff here in Minnesota as we start our #WFPFGOALS teaching week! Day 1 focused on global citizenship and the @UN SDGs. We encountered some snow and a 2 hr delay schedule but enjoyed jumping right in with the time we had. West Central Area has been good to us! @globalteachag
Today marked the first day of my #WFPFGOALS spring immersion trip to Minnesota! The PSU crew traveled to Alexandria, MN today and enjoyed seeing the snow. Great first day - looking forward to jumping into the classroom with @EricSawatzke soon! @WorldFoodPrize@globalteachag
Honored to receive this award from the Penn State Ag Council! Incredibly blessed to work with good people @agsciences and @globalteachag - my sincere thanks to @tsh51, @FosterDanielD, and @GlobalMelanie for their continued support of my education and growth!
