@_Cumbee@ChrisWillx Complacency with the status quo is wrong, and it’s leading to more disparity every day. It’s absolutely senseless that someone can tax-shelter billions of dollars from the government and for the masses to be okay with it.

@_Cumbee@ChrisWillx Of course, America has a high tax income, and thus a high per capita value, their GDP is the highest in the world. That doesn’t say anything about who and how much they get taxed.

@_Cumbee@ChrisWillx 2). With regards to Tax per capita, I’m not sure you’re following the entire point of this post/conversation. I’m not trying to debate how much total tax is being paid, rather I’m outlining how much is being paid by certain classes.

2. Taxation per capita is a completely irrelevant metric to this conversation. I think countries like America should tax the super rich fairly - as norway does.
