@chilternrailway Hi - the bus has now arrived, and is a bus that drove past us in Amersham about 40 minutes ago with no passengers and carried on going past the bus stop that we were at.

@chilternrailway @zed7000 @grant_berk82577 Got home at 23:00 after leaving MYB at 18:11. Not much help provided by the ‘Control Team’. Chiltern charge a lot for their ‘service’ but when things go wrong seem out of their depth.
