Turnout in Virginia up from ~800K in 2016 to ~1.3M this year. It doesn't seem great for Sanders's electability narrative that turnout seems to be increasing more in states where he isn't doing as well.

Our latest paper reporting MS4A4A as a major regulator of TREM2 and a protective variant for #Alzheimers made in into the from page of Science Translational Medicine https://t.co/VpqLUWKlZe @karchlab@demingy @B_A_Benitez @omharari
My lab is hiring postdocs in statistical genetics. Some specific topics are highlighted below. If you are attending #JSM2019 this week, I'm happy to discuss details in person. Please RT!
The wealth of information about the latest Alzheimer's research being shared at #AAIC19 is one reason why @Tony_Griswold attends. A geneticist from @HIHGatUM, his research focuses on the genetics of under-represented populations to develop precision medicine therapies. #ENDALZ
Many thanks to the @alzassociation for organizing #AAIC19. It was a wonderful conference, and we enjoyed it immensely. Goodbye LA. We'll speak with our #Alzheimers colleagues soon. #EndAlz
.@Brian_Kunkle says #AAIC19 let’s him explore new ideas with fellow scientists so that we move "forward to finding better treatments and preventions of the disease." Kunkle’s initial research identified sex-specific genes for Alzheimer’s. #ENDALZ#PrecisionMedicine@HIHGatUM
It is clear that #Alzheimers works differently in men and women. This can be due to genetic differences, as @Brian_Kunkle's research shows or lifestyle factors. To achieve #PrecisionMedicine, we need to further explore these sex differences. #AAIC19#ENDALZ
Proud to rep America’s best team! Congrats @USWNT and thanks for being such a strong inspiration for women and girls—and everybody—all across the country.
“We want to make sure we are not just developing drugs that will only work with some segments of the population.” – @pericakvance on efforts to identify genetic risk factors for #Alzheimers across diverse populations https://t.co/afbKDivnjQ
