@TUIUK after a brilliant experience less and a week ago booking our family holiday in shop for next year - having to go in this morning to update something and being charged is really disappointing. Complete TUI holiday, flights, hotel, the lot. Shame!
@TUIUK Hi, I understand that but a very slight name change less than a week after booking a holiday that is costing thousands. To then be charged 25 quid is awful service, I cannot believe that someone could have not waived this as a good gesture. What happened to customer first?
@ArgosPets not covering cats for cremation once they get to 12 is the most laughable thing I have heard today. As soon as they get to an age you need it, it’s taken off policy!

@parcelforce what’s the best option when you wait home all day for an ‘attempted delivery’ which 100% didn’t happen? Can send you the ring doorbell footage at the time if that helps.
@British_Airways how do I get helped with a cancelled flight? Your customer service rep just put the phone down on me for no reason. Who do I log a complaint with?
@BritishGas another day another letter with the wrong info, still on wrong tariff and now a bill for 64p as apparently I’m leaving. Only way to get a response is Twitter..painful!
