A parade of tractors & trucks snakes past the family of 9-yr-old Carter Nicolai. The Randolph, MN boy died last night in an ATV rollover. Carter loved trucks & tractors - especially John Deere’s. His JD chair sat empty in the driveway. “He would have loved this.” More on KARE@10
