Health shouldnt be without some joy.
Friday is a day for winding down.
Nothing does this better than dark chocolate (85 - 99%) and some good red wine after a friday evening workout.
Invest in your health while enjoying it.
You've only got one life.
Your 20s and 30s are fab years.
Pivot, restart, explore, outgrow old versions of yourself. The world belongs to the curious and relentless.
You're not behind, you're rebuilding. Keep moving, chase as many things as possible.

Spent some time yesterday at a Kabale classic (if you know, you know), and got some food for thought along with the snack:
Reputation remains the best advertising a business can ever have.
Foundational qualities like consistency, quality, and trustworthiness carry more weight than any currency. We are in the money business but at the end of the day, a stellar reputation is a unique asset because it must be earned and protected daily, yet it can never really be bought.
An unexpected musing from an unexpected stop.
I will marry.
I will marry well.
I will marry a blessed partner, full of wisdom, understanding, and the love of God in Christ
My partner will never disgrace me
I will never disgrace my partner
Divorce will never be our portion
We will honor each other in all our ways
We will walk in unity, purity, peace, and purpose
We will have wealth in abundance
Our home will be a dwelling place of grace
Our children will glorify Jesus all the days of their lives
None of them will bring disgrace to us
None will struggle with identity crisis
If this is your prayer, type “AMEN” 🙏🔥

Hymnology Season 6 is here! We begin with “The Love of God,” a hymn that has strengthened the church for over a century and continues to stir worship today.
Penned by Frederick M. Lehman in 1917, this hymn captures the greatness of God’s love in simple yet powerful words. With imagery that lifts our eyes from earth to eternity, it reminds us that even if the skies were parchment, the oceans ink, and every man a scribe, the love of God could never be fully written. His love is beyond measure, unchanging, and everlasting.
May this hymn remind us of the love of Christ — so wide, so deep, so full — a love that surpasses knowledge and fills us with the fullness of God (Eph. 3:18–19).
