@kayphillips @InPostUK @vinted I've now opened my locker and there is an item that's not mine. Contacted @inpost so they could track down correct owner and told I should contact @vinted . Not my purchase or sale

How have @InPostUK gone from being the most reliable to most unreliable @vinted delivery service.
1 item lost (not returned or refunded) and 2 not able to collect and now being returned.
Told on phone 10% of machines are down

@InPostUK Should not be necessary. I should be able to access items without them being returned/resent/wait another week.

@PureGym can I ask why my Gym buddy received an email saying that she cannot access Erith Pure Gym? I thought that they could access any Gym as long as we attended together? Also, why I cannot access Crayford, Welling or Woolwich?

@EE number 1 communications provider but impossible to call up and speak to a person.
How is that progress.
Can do chatbot but doesn't have option of make a complaint

Returned equipment using label provided. Been receiving constant emails, causing anxiety and now been told that I am being billed over £100 on next billm

@O2 after months of trying to do a simple transfer of number to my son who is now over 18 and paying his own bills and my signal getting progressively worse I have decided it's time to change. Like my signal, I'm going.

@openferry really disappointed to be told that I cannot upgrade/change my ticket after purchase even though it states online that I can change ticket to an open ticket or change ferry. Also, its a shame that it seems impossible to talk to a person

My hidden disability is managed so do not feel the need to wear a lanyard. However, when I am told I have been taken off my original flight and I make it known that I have anxiety, a little empathy would be appreciated
