Twenty-five years ago, everything changed.
This is dedicated to the first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice, and to the lives we lost and continue to lose to World Trade Center–related illnesses.
We will never forget.

When you have your third kid people joke about “going from man-to-man defense to zone.”
It’s a funny line, but it undersells the challenge.
The real issue is combinatorial growth:
You go from one sibling relationship (AB) to three (AB, AC, and BC) .
Which means that whereas once the causal arrow of sibling antagonism could point in either of two directions (AB or BA), it can suddenly point in any of six (AB, BA, AC, CA, BC, or CB).
@PlayFor90@ThatCodyTho Busio wasn’t developed by SKC, he was recruited. Salloi from Canada, same thing. How much time did either spend in the academy? Hard to say on EPB as he wasn’t given much of a shot. So at best, one in 18 years?
“Well his name was Folarin Balogun, that’s a mouthful isn’t it? And they gave him a red card. Very unfair. Very nasty. So I called up FIFA and I said ‘FIFA you better give us our guy back’ and they did. And they did it so fast it’d make your head spin. But it turns out he’s an anchor baby so we’re gonna deport him after the World Cup. We have to do it.”
@IHateSoccerPod Easier said than done unfortunately. Did he mention how they’d do it? Realistically how many platform clubs would survive long term if they suddenly had no platform?
@MarkManger@HappySoccerGuy The heavier ball negates the importance of a good first touch. If I ping a regular ball at you and a futsal ball at you, which one would be easier for you to settle?
