@ateachersvision I think it is impressive that you have managed to achieve this, good for you. Stay true to yourself & watch out for “poison chalices” & you will do just fine. Some people are natural leaders & others are not, it does not depend on age/time in role, IMO.
Couldn’t put this book down. Clare demystifies PDA & is clear about complications of it not being a diagnosis but a profile & walks through carefully journal articles to help educators to understand. Really clear approach to thinking of ways to support kids with PDA in school
Can any T&L Leads share ideas about observations, QA and PM? I’m particularly interested in whether you do lesson observations for PM, if so, what obs form do you use, how often do you do them and who does it; if not, what else do you do? Retweets please.
A question for all my AP associates. How do you do initial baseline assessments when students join your school? Is there a software package for this? Thinking English & maths mostly. #ThisisAP@Team_English1 Please retweet!
