Cassiopeia A comes to musical life in this new sonification with data from Hubble, @ChandraXRay, @NASAWebb, and the retired Spitzer Space Telescope.
Scientists mapped brightness to volume and pitch, meaning that the brighter parts of this image are louder and higher pitched.

All 41 workers who were trapped inside the collapsed #SilkyaraTunnel in Uttarkashi district have been evacuated safely.
The rescued workers and their families expressed gratitude to the central and state governments for the safe rescue of their loved ones from the tunnel.

The 2023 #NobelPrize in Physiology or Medicine has been awarded to Katalin Karikó and Drew Weissman for their discoveries concerning nucleoside base modifications that enabled the development of effective mRNA vaccines against COVID-19.
Love it that while we are communicating with one of humanity’s oldest and most distant robotic explorers, we are also communicating with one of its latest explorers much closer to home.
