This week, CFFA President @DanielTHartwig visited Washington, D.C. to participate in the International Fresh Produce Association's Government Relations meeting. Additionally, he met with @RepJimCosta, @RepDavidValadao and @RepVinceFong, along with staff from @Senlaphonza office.
Yesterday, CFFA hosted members in Sacramento for the Association's annual Fruit Delivery. The group met with members of the state legislature along with CDFA Secretary Karen Ross and Undersecretary Christine Birdsong to deliver lunch boxes filled with fresh fruit.
This week CFFA Board Chairwoman Melissa Frank, President Daniel Hartwig, and Director of Government and Public Policy Adam Borchard were in Washington, D.C. for a series of meetings with USDA and Congressional offices to discuss market access, ag technology and the 2024 Farm Bill
