The proverbial tree of life, it brings a robust picture on how organisms are related to one another and how they evolve. If we go back to the very beginning, we will find LUCA, but this is #CGUE and we'll focus in LECA
There is more to be done, the use of a curated but small set of genes is able to explain the current rooting of the eukaryotic tree of life, however the internal groupings require additional genes, different evolutionary models and of course, more extensive sampling
