I used to be entirely in the camp that said you should kick your kids out at 18 and force them to live independently and make their own way in the world. I don’t feel that way at all anymore. I want all my kids to live with us until they get married. Even after they’re married, if they want to live on our property, or close by, my wife and I would love that.

The important thing is to teach your kids responsibility, which we’re doing. They need to contribute and help around the house, which all of our kids do from a very young age. Provided you aren’t raising ungrateful useless moochers, why kick them out? Why drive them away from your family home? I don’t see the point in it anymore. I actually like my kids and like being around them.

Maybe they’ll all end up scattered to the wind. But I’d prefer to keep the family together. Why wouldn’t I?

One of the biggest problems with modern Hollywood is that they’ve basically stopped making films that families can watch together. They make movies for kids that will bore adults to death, and movies for adults that are too objectionable or mature to show kids. Even movies that are 95 percent family friendly will be ruined by a random unnecessary sex scene or totally pointless and gratuitous vulgarity sprinkled throughout. Some movie studio could make a lot of money by just producing good films that are entertaining for a 40 year old and appropriate for a 10 year old. It’s not hard to do. Hollywood used to do it all the time.

Does this law enforcement officer have a family? Yes. Did he he get seriously injured by a vehicle just six months ago? Yes. Did he have reason to fear for his life? Yes. Does he have every right to safety while he's doing his job? Yes.

I want our law enforcement officers to do their jobs and come home safely to their family. If you don't like the immigration policy of the Trump administration, attack me. Leave our law enforcement alone.

And it's time for the press to finally tell the truth about this story.
