@not_vet I’m now on my 5th practice and have finally found one with good standards and no toxic culture. Places I have previously worked have had almost complete staff turnovers due to one or two toxic individuals who never get removed. It’s really sad.

The level of client abuse is unbelievable, 2 clients dropped the F-bomb last wk & one advised Practice Manager to "butter up the invoice" as he was going to shove it up their a*se.
I know the cost of living has increased but there is NO NEED for this level of abuse!😡 #VetTwitter
