Elon Musk, the wealthiest man alive, gutted USAID, which supports some of the poorest people in the world.
Now there's an Ebola outbreak in the Congo, which USAID could have helped prevent or slow.
When you dismantle the systems that stop deadly diseases, people needlessly die.
Todayās closed-door interview with Pam Bondi confirmed: Donald Trump has weaponized the DOJ and Republicans have enabled the most egregious cover up in American history. Itās absurd.
We wonāt stop fighting until we get the truth and deliver justice for the courageous survivors.
Trump didnāt just pardon his followers who stormed the U.S. Capitol.
Heās now set them up for payments through a slush fund he created to reward his alliesāout of your tax dollars.
You could not make this up.
We now know the Iran war price tag is more like $50 billion - hundreds of dollars per household - and counting.
It's enough to cover all the health insurance premium credits that the Republicans got rid of for this year, and next. It could save rural hospitals, pay teachers, fix roads.
Don't let this White House insult your intelligence by blowing your money on war, then saying America can't afford nice things.
About last nightās scrambling from gun fire at White House reporters dinner ..

Eight children are gone. This should shake us to our core.
My prayers are with their families, and I am praying for the emotional and physical recovery of the survivors. But we must also respond with urgency. We cannot accept this as normal.
We must do better by our children.

In just one day, at least 10 children were killed in horrific shootings in Louisiana and North Carolina.
Anybody who knows me knows children have my heart. I am heartbroken for these families and the communities now left to carry this pain. These babies had their whole lives ahead of them, and gun violence stole that from them.
Enough is enough.
