If they get funded (if), they are secure for a year or two, then what? Some of them have a family, loans, etc..

But if IOG don't get funded, they loose their jobs, maybe they'll organize and submit they own treasury withdrawal, but that would be for next year, as the NCL is nearing it's limit. I hope you're right though, let's hope...

This is not lucrative for the researchers though, where is their job security if they need to quit their secure job at IOG, in the hope that they maybe get funded by the treasury?
