@easyJet v disappointing service over last 48 hours. Emails not arriving, password resets not being received, ‘extras’ costing more by phone to South African call centre (which had really poor sound/reception). Oh well
@DPDgroup_news The phone line is hopeless - only interested in redelivery options, with no option for invoicing. Am still unable to find the Live Chat on the App! Oh Well.
@British_Airways your website says it cannot change our flights and that we need to speak to someone. When I call you I'm told that you're busy, and use the website. When would be a good time to talk to someone?
@vaillantuk I booked (and paid for) a boiler service in Sept/Oct, but was told that I'd have to be on Jan 20th as engineers were spread thin because of Covid. This was cancelled on 18th Jan from a no-reply text. Out of pocket. No service. No planned service date. please help
