@ElizabethTrung Oh wow! This seems much more practical as even children are able to utilise this to gain exposure towards other games to engage and improve their recall ability.
After coming across an article about having a social media detox, I decided to take a stroll at the Cooks River yesterday and felt much more productive. Although technology is incredibly useful. Sometimes a break is needed #HSBH2009#eHealth

Very insightful tweet thread regarding booster COVID-19 vaccinations. The chart is incredibly interesting. However, it’s important to note that one of the studies on Moderna was using the 100mcg dose rather than the recommended booster dose of 50mcg #HSBH2009
BEST BOOSTER? Mix it up — but depends which you had first. Switching vaccine for the booster seems to be the best—Pfizer to Moderna booster, Moderna to Pfizer for booster, and J&J should switch to Moderna / Pfizer booster. HT to @ScientistSwanda. #COVID19#BoosterShots#vaccinate
Glucometers with finger pricks are the traditional route However, constantly pricking one's finger can be invasive and painful. CGM's are FDA approved and painless. Do you think this should be implemented in hospitals? #HSBH2009 https://t.co/o1pYoFQOt3
The blood glucose monitoring instrument bought for family members can be automatically identified and tested only by inserting a test strip, and high-accuracy results can be obtained. In addition, blood glucose data can be uploaded to the APP for intelligent management. #HSBH2009
@saralui0 I completely agree, cover letters have always confused me and I find myself frequently referring back to things already mentioned in my resume. Also I really appreciated Elizabeth’s tips of getting noticed by employers eg calling employers. #HSBH2009
@DanielThienNgu1 Wow that sounds extremely useful. However, each organ looks quite different in comparison to “textbook” examples, is there a way to navigate around this to reflect a more realistic perspective?
We can now link our vaccination digital certificate through Service NSW this makes it so much more convenient. I didn’t have any issues with it — just ensure that you have the latest version of Service NSW app
#HSBH2009#eHealth
Get your COVID-19 digital certificate on the Service NSW app:
• Link your MyGov account to Medicare
• Download the Express Plus Medicare app, sign in with your MyGov details
• ‘Proof of vaccinations’ and then ‘View history’
• ‘Share with check in app’ and then ‘Service NSW’
The @WHO is currently having a live Q&A exploring mental health in adolescents and young people with speakers representing UNICEF. It’s very interesting to see that the pandemic has accelerated the use of social media to raise awareness of such important issues #HSBH2009#eHealth
@saralui0 I agree, it’s updated so quick and efficiently. I didn’t have any issues with mine. However, for people without Medicare are they able to access this feature?
@jonathannguyen1 However, I am aware that this article was written 3 years ago and a lot has changed since then. However, from personal experience, these apps do gather a lot of personal information which is easily accessible #HSBH2009
Cycle tracking apps may be doing more harm than good. The most popular cycle tracking application is made by a man, who designs the app with flowers and colours associated with femininity– no other health-related app would do the same

@jonathannguyen1 Regarding some aspects which this article have mentioned issues such as an algorithmic generated fertility window should be optional especially since people of the LGBTQ community would often use the app. Also regarding privacy concerns, data should be encrypted #HSBH2009
“They’re designed for marketers, for men, for hypothetical unborn children, and perhaps weirdest of all, a kind of voluntary surveillance stance” (Tiffany, K., 2018)
@jonathannguyen1 In order to track when one is asleep/awake, the app utilises either your microphone/accelerometer to track movements in your sleep to determine whether you’re awake or not. It works surprisingly well and has been able to accurately track when I wake up in the middle of the night
Last year I began utilising the app #sleepcycle. It calculates sleep efficiencies by tracking movement in my sleep etc. Thus, allowing me to gauge how much sleep I’m getting. Last week was an incredibly stressful week and my sleep reflected that. #ehealth#HSBH2009#sleephealth
@jonathannguyen1 Oh no I don’t insert the values manually. So when you’re ready to sleep you just pop on the alarm (either a 30 minute period so they wake you up at the optimum time) or no alarm. Then the app does all the work. I also check my heart rate in the morning when I turn off the alarm!
@jonathannguyen1 Absolutely! I am now much more aware of how much #sleep I’m getting and whether that determines my mood for the day. I’ve noticed that when I am awake feeling refreshed and I also make #healthier life choices! 🥗 #ehealth#HSBH2009
