Really enjoying my day off from work sitting on the tarmac for 2 hours (so far) waiting for my @JetBlue flight to take off. Maybe we will be told a reason or something sometime soon.

Finally taking off after two hours sitting on the tarmac and still no explanation from the crew. Incredibly bad customer experience @jetblue. So glad I got Mosaic status.
