After this week's events I realized that I don't want to spread negativity without balancing it out by dropping some real sauce 🙂

So let me share some of the key things Billy and I did to scale Iron Paws from zero units sold to >$1m/m on Amazon (very profitably) using entirely organic AI content made by our creator team

For context, I'm one of the founders of AI Creator Lab, which does well over $10m revenue per month for Amazon brands using entirely organic content. Iron Paws is one of our best case studies since they are entirely organic and had no previous motion

Let's get into it 👇

1. Creator Funnel
None of these things work without having an actual funnel of motivated creators whom you can train. This is the hardest moat in this entire game.

2. Creator Manager
Unless you want to be an owner-operator, which I highly recommend against, a manager is a key role here. I'm saying this as someone who started as a manager, which is when I met Billy, and now I hire & train managers to place with our clients in AICL. A proficient manager should hire, train, motivate, and scale your creators. They should deal with compliance, work with your finance team, track return, and you should literally never have to think about it lol.

3. Brand Owner
Most likely you are a brand owner reading this. Organic is hard, you will complain about return & attribution. There can be a 3 month loading phase before pages start to compound, if you want real results. Don't be a bitch about spending money, don't complain about tracking (unless you are gonna be organic only) and pay your creators & manager well. Billy is an awesome brand owner and has played a MAJOR factor in the success of the creator team in every single way.

4. Compliance
We mark all of our content as AI in every way offered by the platforms, through hashtags, and use ad disclosures even on non-product content. I am not a lawyer.
