Hunter wouldn’t take his snaps. Jakobi got paid so they obv believe in him. That just leaks Washington. I believe in the breakout and he’s getting a ton of hype rn in camp.

@AdamKoffler I get you don’t like BTJ, but why are we lying about Trevor Lawrence being a bad deep ball thrower. This is the best I could find but this is weeks 1-14. He was top 10 in catchable deep ball %. And in 2024 he was first in the league before he got hurt.

They desperately need corner help, they already have 3 solid WRs so it just makes logical sense that he’s likely to play more at corner this season. Which aligns with “fluid usage”.

Last year, the Jags had a significantly bigger need at receiver THAN THEY DO RIGHT NOW. Last year, they had less of a need at corner THAN THEY DO NOW. That’s what im saying.

At the beginning of last year they had a significantly bigger need for WR and not as big of a need at corner, so obviously he played more WR.

My logic says that if they have a first round 3rd year WR, a 20 million a year WR, and a guy who is getting hyped up like crazy right now, Hunter is probably not going to be a full time WR or anything close to it.
