It’s not just big news orgs bearing the brunt of the News ban by @Facebook. Smaller Indigenous and community media orgs are too. Vital for getting info out about COVID, telecommunications outages and emergencies to communities.
The WEHI Facebook page is among the many impacted today, including our collaborators at MRIs, science orgs & hospitals, and others. We think access to reliable health and science information is essential, especially during this pandemic. 1/2
