@BBCSurrey SEN parents are under immense pressure every day just trying to function & hold down work then we get pushed to the back of the line to secure next stage space for our children who need longer to adjust to change!!!
@BBCSurrey All SEND children are falling through gaps - we applied for our daughter to attend college in special unit in November last year - still chasing an update & told we’ll get an interview (that will be an interesting one with my autistic/ learning difficulties daughter!!) in July.

I have very recently just start doing my grocery shopping at Morrisons but it’s been a nightmare so far and very disappointing with the service. Received delivery couple of days ago and yet again, so many items are missing and the substitute one was not what I wanted and worked out more expensive. Oh and don’t forget the delivery charges again if I order the missing items. I complain but the call agent was absolutely hopeless and when I spoke to the ‘manager’, he was even worse. Was not getting anywhere and when I asked him if Morrisons is on X, he told me they are not which is a blatant lie. When confronted, he did apologise but could explain why he lied.
I don’t think I will be shopping at Mirrisons again!
@Wickes Do you self a favour this bank holiday don't buy a Kitchen from Wickes there customers service is shocking since December 2024 until now still not getting reply from customers service they will take your money but when things go wrong not interested
@Wickes I have an ongoing case that has been open for 5 months and remains unresolved. My under counter kitchen sink is completely cracked and unusable - Wickes have failed to send a capable operative to resolve. Can someone contact me asap before I need to take it further
@Wickes faulty newly fitted kitchen under warranty reported in Feb, now June and can't get any response. Does this need to go to court??? You should not be in this line of business
@Wickes what does a customer need to do to achieve replacements for faulty kitchen doors? Request raised over 4 months ago, 2 months of being fobbed off by Travis W in customer services, 2 months of silence and nothing for 2 weeks from your complaints dept. Customer service?
