I would love to see consistency around:

- documentation (even if 1 brief or prd)
- basic tools (e.g. ticketing)
- a way to manage cross-team dependencies
- progress reporting (learnings in a growth team doing lots of tests, epics for big builds, etc)
- tying to strategy

I like this idea as stage of product, size of team, and product type will all warrant different approaches.

Unfortunately, I have often seen “different” processes were not always intentionally chosen but were in place due to lack of intentionality, and moving fast.
