@CoffeeAfrique@NavinaEvans@AndrewFoster@NHSEngland@NHS_ELFT Much of the slow progress on EDI is because we do not focus effort on "what works" as well as "why things need to change". To move beyond good intentions or tick boxes we need to scrap "action plans" that can't explain why they might work and support and hold to account.
I've attended 2 NHS Regional Talent Board meetings this week. At both diversity was a central issue with senior people determined to take practical steps to place equality and diversity at the heart of NHS talent management because we have to do better @NavinaEvans@andrewfoster
