To be fair, @easyjet community manager, Siobhan, contacted me via private message and told she emailed internally my details. So @easyjet community management is good, and cannot be charged for not taking care.
5th day waiting. No email, No phone call. It is pointless to contact @easyjet customer service on the phone, (which I did twice) because they send you to the website contact form. Become a plus membership and you'll be a special customer they said! #badcustomerservice really bad
Waiting for @easyjet Customer Service Call/Email for 4 days now. Been charged twice for a Plus membership that @easyjet don't want to grant me, because payment have been supposedly rejected. My Visa has been charged it is a fact. I'm pissed off ... really. #badcustomerservice
@easyjet you've charged me 2x for an easyjet plus membership. Your customer service tells me payments appear as unpayed, and is only proposing me to contact you usuing the web site form. My membership is then still expired whereas I payed twice! Is this the way you treat people?
@easyJet Still in trouble to renew an easyjet plus card. What should take few seconds is now forcing me to check every hour if @easyjet decided to validate my request. Well, easyjet web portal is not welcoming people the way they are with a special attention to plus members in flights.

@easyjet I just wonder why membership renewal is not real time? I've just renewed and payed via Visa my renewal. Your website is still displaying old expiration date. That made me process this twice, and probably pay twice. Customer service not very helpul says "Wait 24H' !!!!
