Planetary Scientist studying Mars surface-atmospheric exchange processes. NASA postdoc fellow @NASAJPL. Nerding out over all the space things. [she/her] 🇨🇦
Getting a closer look at Phobos. @NASAPersevere used its Mastcam-Z camera to take video of Mars’ moon Phobos as it crossed the Sun. This eclipse lasted a little more than 40 seconds and gives the team insight into how Phobos’ orbit is changing over time. https://t.co/hOOQ8RIsRl
@PlanetaryKeri @NASAJPL Yes! And the TECP relative humidity was recently recalibrated. So I used that new dataset in combination with coordinated measurements from orbit :)
I loved participating in @SEDS as a college student, and always felt so inspired connecting with fellow space explorers at their events. Can't wait to continue the journey as a speaker at @sedscanada this year.
@CelestialCess is a planetary scientist specializing in the present-day water cycle on Mars. She also simulated regional dust storms in support of the InSight Mars Lander. See her speak at Ascension: https://t.co/9v0bR2UFLD
Due to a scheduling conflict, we will be joined next week by Commander Susan Kilrain—another former @NASA astronaut—instead of @Astro_Cady (but thanks to her for the connection!)
