@MancMaven@NikTek@JamiesAct All good lol.
Testing has been done by GamerNexus on this matter before. https://t.co/YewkPV3wAj
To save you time, this is the chart that shows their overall data which indicates it does give you improvement in temps overall. I will encourage looking at the video
@MancMaven@NikTek@JamiesAct Who is thinking of third party accessories? How come removing obstruction increase heat? That doesn't make any sense. Plates, which serves no purpose other that ascetics, doesn't provide any cooling benefits. Why do you think open bench is a thing when it comes to PC testing?
@MancMaven@NikTek@JamiesAct How is that interfering with the heat dissipation? Instead, that's improving the cooling overall as the fans have less obstruction, allowing to pull and extract more air
@mewgenicsfans@ryvnxi@cu3nt4m4m3@toca_ssj That's just limited number of licenses that are provider to digital storefront. However, we are talking about Rockstar. This will never happen as they can generate a ton of licenses and they know that a lot of people are getting the game
@LuftkoppTim@9to5mac That's what they said... "Apple's confirmed price hikes could push..." They are just throwing their own "estimate" of how much it will cost
@GabrielW4NL@NikTek@brain_nullptr This is static reflection, not ray tracing. You wouldn't want to reflect all that light as you move far and render more onto the screen. That will be a performance nightmare for current gen consoles
@CT_7567_501@dalevon_digital Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. iOS has a similar, but more extensive and powerful app call Shortcuts. They can probably go and set up an automation/script to run every 4 or 6 hours, like you said, to enable background refresh for the app for like 10 minutes
@DystopianRevolt@ShadrackTwumasi@SamMobiles Again, you are missing the whole point of secure folder. I don't want to logging to my google/samsung account in 2 different areas. That defeats the purpose of it. I use secure folder to secure sensitive/private data and apps, preventing other apps from having access to it.
@DystopianRevolt@ShadrackTwumasi@SamMobiles This is not app dependent. The purpose of secure folder is to have a secure area for apps, files, and different accounts, where it can't be accessed by other apps nor individuals. I want the file manager to access the files that I already have to share it with that app
@DystopianRevolt@ShadrackTwumasi@SamMobiles Secure folder is separate partition from your personal one. Your accounts are not copy over and you have to sign-in again to them, if you want to use them while your are in secure folder.
@lowcountryev@vad3rt3sla@CARN0N I totally agree, but for this instance, everything seems to be pre-loaded into memory already. I have used carplay on my gf car and is very unresponsive sometimes (not sure if its apple maps itself), but when I used android auto on it, it seems to work fine
@DystopianRevolt@ShadrackTwumasi@SamMobiles App lock is more practical than secure folder, for various reasons. 1) I don't need to re-enter my credentials to access them (Google and Samsung account). 2) I can access my password manager without having to also set it up on secure folder. 3) I can access my files
