@bhx_official any chance you fancy like bringing some steps to gate 56 as we have been waiting on our plane for over 40 minutes now for your ground staff to pull their finger out! Sadly the standard of service I’ve come to expect over the years from your airport

A great first session at #NewRealitiesCovid19 from @julio_frenk - President of the University of Miami & former Minister of Health of Mexico: 'we shouldn't look to create a New Normal but a Better Normal' for all those impacted by this pandemic.

Great work @TheStrokeAssoc This report highlights a really concerning picture of Stroke care in a Covid-19 world. Stroke is the 3rd largest cause of death and the biggest cause of adult disability in the UK and we risk going backwards as a nation in addressing this.
Today we publish the Stroke Recoveries at Risk report. It’s based upon the responses of almost 2000 people affected by stroke. It shows that stroke care is on the precipice of a national crisis and risks thousands of stroke survivor’s hard-earned recoveries slipping backwards.
Looking forward to a great first day talking about the future of medical education at #amee2020. If you are attending at any point over the next three days then please pop by the @MHE_Prof booth at location C14 in Virtual Exhibition Hall @AMEE_Online

A small extract from my recent blog - Feedback (no matter how clear, personalised or actionable) is broadly worthless if the person receiving it is not feedback literate - and we should not assume this is a skill we "just have" - it needs to be taught and nurtured #edchat
