No reasonable person can argue the shooter was in immediate, life-threatening danger. Even aiming a firearm at a person in a public place is felony assault in most states.

@WTHRcom you guys should clean up your segment on the stimulus and taxes. It is an advance on a 2020 refundable tax credit. It'll have no negative impact on 2020 refund amounts. Segment infers the money will be deducted from 2020 refund which is confusing.
