NEW: @Lighter_xyz, a top perp DEX with $1.7 trillion total volume, has expanded its adoption of Chainlink to strengthen data oracle security.

This strategic expansion covers 100+ markets, on top of the 25+ already powered by Chainlink, scaling support for U.S. and APAC equities, major crypto assets, foreign exchange pairs, and commodities.

The integration covers both the Lighter L2 deployment on @Ethereum, as well as the deployment on @RobinhoodCrypto Chain, which shares the same underlying oracle infrastructure.

[Chainlink @chainlink]

"The system that's going to enable the interconnection of hundreds of oracle networks, thousands of chains, all the world's data, all the world's payment systems, into a single application."

[Chainlink @chainlink]

The Capital Markets and Technology Association (CMTA), a leading organization developing standards for tokenized assets, has adopted the Chainlink interoperability standard.

[Chainlink @chainlink]

The world’s largest securities settlement system bringing tokenized assets onchain marks a turning point for global finance.

Congratulations to the DTCC on this major milestone.

Onchain finance is inevitable.

Chainlink is today’s equivalent of Microsoft in 1990.

At that time, personal computers were still primarily the domain of hobbyists and tinkerers rather than the backbone of enterprise operations. The release of Windows 3.0 changed that trajectory. It established the standard against which hardware (PCs) was built and provided the platform on which essential business applications, such as email, word processing, and spreadsheets, could run reliably. In doing so, Microsoft created an operating system that catalyzed the enterprise shift from physical to digital processes.

Chainlink is driving a similar transformation. By establishing the core standards upon which critical onchain applications are being built, it enables enterprises to evolve from digital finance to on-chain finance. Blockchain is no longer the exclusive realm of cypherpunks; it is becoming integrated into the infrastructure of major financial institutions, including those on Wall Street.

If you believe that global finance will ultimately migrate onchain, then Chainlink is positioned to become the operating system of that new financial world.

Starting today, I’m launching a weekly series that unpacks each analogy on this slide. Every company shown changed the world by fixing the obvious problems in front of them, and @chainlink is on that same path.

These posts are designed so you can explain crypto to your parents or to anyone who knows “Bitcoin” and not much more. Welcome to the "Tag Your Dad" campaign.

[Chainlink- Gulf Countries @ChainlinkSaudi]

[Sergey Nazarov @SergeyNazarov]

Excited to see that being the most secure cross chain technology across DeFi and TradFi is attractive to top technical teams who do deep diligence and security review.

I also think that being able to provide real reliability for a bridge during cloud outages like AWS, while other bridging systems go down for extended time periods, is a large advantage when being considered by highly technical teams that want high uptime/reliable systems.

I personally feel that all the security and reliability work that was put into CCIP is starting to pay off, which feels very familiar from when Chainlink was chosen to power the top DeFi and TradFi systems with the most secure and reliable data. I think the consistent security and reliability properties of Chainlink will continue to make the choice of top teams and institutions in our industry.

[Chainlink- Gulf Countries @ChainlinkSaudi]
