Being father of a doctor myself I know the shift schedule of doctors .she is working in a prestigious government hospital in delhi.
So my bank is misleading people by projecting doctors duty 24*7. Not expected from a government owned bank .

Public sector banks official working hours is 7 hours with half an hour lunch time means 6 and half hour per day .we are asking 28 Saturday off that means 182 hours off in a year in lieu of that we have agreed to work 40 minutes extra daily and in a year banks remained open for 275 days that means we have agreed to work 183 hours so it is squared off and on top of that every officers works extra daily 2 to 3 hours means 550 hours to 800 hours extra unpaid hours every PSB officers give every year to bank .
Unfortunately nobody notices and appreciates it .

दरअसल, टूलकिट एवं पेड प्रोवोकेशन अपना काम कर रहा है.

सरकार जिस समझौते के तहत 2024 में ही बैंकर्स की 5 days banking की माँग को मान चुकी है, उसे एक सिंपल सा अप्रूवल देने में इतनी आनाकानी क्यों कर रही है यह समझ के परे है.

लगभग सभी बैंकों में यह हाल है कि पैसा जमा करने, निकालने के मैसेज नहीं आ रहे हैं, लेकिन रविवार को बैंक खुला है, इसके मैसेज धड़ल्ले से पहुंच रहे हैं ग्राहकों को.

पूरी दुनिया के लगभग 90% देश 5 days week अपने यहां इंप्लीमेंट कर चुके हैं. यह New Norm है. परन्तु इस देश में एंप्लाइज की well being के लिए कोई स्टैंड लेने को तैयार नहीं है.

स्वयं उनकी खुद की मातृ संस्थाएँ तक नहीं.

दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण स्थिति है....
