@EE been trying to access my account for weeks, go round in circles logging in, setting a pin no, doesn't work, directs me to the website, which can't load. I've cleared the cache, I've deleted and reinstalled the app, nothing works, even the link in the pay text has an error!
Hi @EE I need to get hold of the NCK code for my motherโs old phone. She has been out of contract with you and left you a few weeks ago and we need to repurpose her old phone using a new Sim. I have the IMEI. Please help.
@EE I still cannot log in to see my bill and account details. The customer number you have given me is not recognised by your own system. Do you have any idea what you are doing ?
@EE please can you tell me how you can justify your price increase when your service has got worse. I hardly ever get service and home unless on WiFi. Abroad I get no signal or anything. It is so frustrating.
If having phone stolen in @Pret in with driving license wasnโt bad enough ๐ญ things made worse by @EE whose eSIM failed to activate because it needed to connect to my stolen phone! Sent me to #salisbury store who said I needed photo ID which was, also with my stolen phone! #fail
@EE I signed up to pay ยฃ9 per month but you have also charged me ยฃ10 which is now in my credit and will never be used? How can I have my mobile credit balance refunded?
Recommend the Kolet eSIM app when travelling abroad.
Especially when your Phone provider @EE charges ยฃ52.50 for 7 days in Brazil ๐ง๐ท even for occasional use.
