Meet one of our instructor, Dr. @CheckJill ! She earned her Ph.D. from @state_alumni , focusing on disease epidemiology, spore trapping, and predictive modeling. Now a Postdoctoral Researcher at @CortevaUS

[Phytopathology® @PhytopathologyJ]

Phyllachora maydis is an emerging disease in the United States and Canada. @CheckJill et al. described the environmental drivers of spore release and dispersal to fill current knowledge gaps in the tar spot disease cycle. 🌽 @MartinChilvers1 Learn more: https://t.co/kMTvjgzhVR
