@Uber_Support how do you complain to a manager? Been charged an incorrect amount due to a driver lying, when confronted your team through the app, they told me they would refund me the difference yet charged me the refund due and are now withholding my refund and lying?? 🤥

@EnterpriseIain @jet2tweets no i dont, I've worked for a hotel and its exactly the same. you can book a hotel cheap and then the next week a pop start announces they are performing in the area, the hotel prices bump up, its supply and demand

@EnterpriseIain @jet2tweets it doesnt, i've used jet2, easy jet, premier inn, travel lodge many times and continue to use them for the best deal that suits my budget, once i hit the confirm booking button thats my choice and i've agreed to that price, if it goes up great, if it goes down then so be it, 1/2

@gipsygillo @jet2tweets they likely are aware but they don't have control over fake twitter accounts to stop them from replying unfortunately. It's a case for twitter to delete the account if enough people report it.
