Hi @TeamYouTube 🙏
My channel was removed on 7/7 but restored the same day✅. On 7/14 it was removed again😢.
I’ve spent 7+ years creating Fortnite content, building a verified fan community, supporting others & always following YouTube rules.
Please have a human review my case🙏
@TeamYouTube
My channel "chesterr" was terminated for spam and my appeal was rejected.
However, it was a verified YouTube Partner channel with original Fortnite content.

I would really appreciate a second manual review 🙏

🚨 A sincere question from a heartbroken YouTube creator:
The circumvention policy feels so harsh for those of us terminated due to an unintentional mistake or AI error.
Should one misstep mean a lifetime ban from ever creating again?
Sharing my thoughts with respect: 🧵👇
We all understand the need to protect the platform from real evaders — I fully support strong rules for those who intentionally and repeatedly break them.
But for good-faith creators who slipped once (or were mis flagged), the circumvention policy can feel meaningless and unnecessarily harsh.
Once terminated, we've already lost everything.
Why not allow a new start? AI is advanced — if rules are broken again, it would detect and terminate instantly.
The lifetime "no new channel" rule seems meaningless in unintentional cases — the algorithm could handle monitoring without permanent exile.
Imagine pouring your heart into content, building a community, then one misunderstanding ends it all — and you can't even start fresh to prove you've learned.
No harm to viewers, just a human error.
Many of us would comply perfectly on a new start, with gratitude for the second chance.
Even the Second Chances pilot (thank you for launching it) is limited — it excludes many common mis flags like "spam/deceptive" from AI errors, requires a full year wait, and isn't available for everyone.
It helps some, but leaves thousands in limbo without hope.
I know I can't change YouTube's policies — you do what you believe is right, and I respect that.
But it feels so painful and unfair when honest mistakes lead to no path forward.
Many of us would cherish a second chance and contribute positively forever.
If the circumvention rule exists to prevent evasion... why not focus on re-reviewing clear cases with new evidence instead?
📢 My case, 150+ days terminated, @TeamYouTube
The reason: “Severe violations” — content that “encourages others to do so” or “previously removed/from restricted creators”.
Meanwhile, the original sources I edited from remain public and untouched:
• Kanal D interview: https://t.co/9FUoZJAcZp
• Mo Vlogs drone show: https://t.co/XBcygZzymF
Dozens of similar videos exist on YouTube.
I’ve studied Community Guidelines & Terms of Services deeply and am fully committed to safe, compliant content forever.
My appeal was denied but I now have new evidence. Please re-review fairly and manually.
My channel URL: https://t.co/DaGEK7kZOp
Respectfully asking: Could more flexibility, like monitored new starts or fair re-reviews for good-faith creators, help passionate people return safely?
What do you think?

Thank you.

@YouTube
¡Gracias!
