@AustinChiangMD I have been using the through-the-needle microforceps (Moray) to biopsy cyst wall with excellent diagnostic yield. It needs a 19G needle though which can be challenging in head/uncinate cysts in some cases
Initially got a percutaneous drain in the gallbladder fossa with > 500 cc bilious output per day. Percutaneous cholangiogram showed free leak from right main duct into GB fossa. PTC drain placed into right main with plan to attempt rendezvous for re-canalization next week.
