@iam_crushher@elonmusk@WilfredgitongaS Someone tha kills someone with an axe and then eats them should never be released to walk free in society. Full stop.
@Padres_fan67 This is unequivocally false, please research what ALPR technology actually does. For example, a couple of weeks ago in El Cajon it helped police identify, locate, and arrest someone that ran over a 12 year old boy and left him for dead in the roadway.

@MayorToddGloria Thank you, Mayor, for continuing to invest in tools that help keep San Diegans safe. ALPR technology delivers real results and supports officers in holding offenders accountable.
@AGRobBonta@CAgovernor “Trying to manufacture chaos” are you out of your mind?! Have you seen the police on the ground getting assaulted, the burned cars, the rioting in the streets? LA is out of control.
@KarenAFox17@FOXNashville A comprehensive ALPR network would have helped locate this suspect quickly. They already have multiple cameras at this intersection, why wouldn't you add a capability that enhances public safety?
@ChrisVanHollen With all due respect, based on the MS-13 tattoo on his hand I would suggest whatever federal judge you’re referring to that said there’s “no evidence” linking Garcia to the gang, is wrong.
@AGRobBonta As a CA resident can we maybe address crime problems in the State of CA, and the legislation that contributes to them, instead of post after post about the federal government? This is tiring.
Despite the denials of those who authored, supported, or profited from the disastrous Prop 47, the truth of how it destroyed our communities is now supported by mounting evidence. Here’s a link to the report from the Manhattan Institute. The report is lengthy, but provides precise data on the adverse impacts of Prop 47. Of course, if you live in California, you see it, feel it, and know it has become lawless and unsustainable.

Prop 36 offers a pathway to return law and order to our State, while addressing addiction and homelessness. Look for it on your ballots; make your own decision.
@SPECNews1ROC@USPoliceleaders@WendyWrightTV Take this for what it’s worth but after almost 3 decades in law enforcement and the last 5 years as a police chief in one of the largest counties int the United States, I’ve never heard of this group.
@CAgovernor@CHP_HQ Retail theft is increasing and has been for some time. The problem is it’s been underreported for years now because retailers know there are no consequences for criminal thieves.
Enough is enough. Californians are tired of Sacramento leadership playing politics with public safety. If these legislators would leave their gated, private-security neighborhoods, they’d understand that their legislation has destroyed CA. Disagree? Fine; but let the voters decide.
@EGReyesCA, when will you break from party politics and do what’s right for San Bernardino?
