Extremely disappointed with @KiaInd@Kia support. My car went in on July 4thof july 2026 for a sunroof leak, but was returned completely unfixed on the end Aug 2026 Follow-ups were ignored, and the blame was passed to @cholamandal
Being told they need "Real-Time Rain" to inspect a clear sealing flaw is a joke.
Expecting customers to wait for "real-time rain" to fix a manufacturing defect is unacceptable. Please step in and resolve this.

@KiaInd Kia does not have the facility to test for water leaks, why are sunroofs being offered in Kia cars in the first place. Expecting a customer to wait for natural rainfall to diagnose a manufacturing or sealing defect is completely illogical and unprofessional.
Are dealerships and service centers not equipped with standard water-testing simulators or pressure sprayers to identify leaks?
How does Kia expect customers to drive during the monsoon with a leaking roof, risking damage to the vehicle's interior electrical components and creating a safety hazard?

It took a month for them . I had sent the car on the 4th of july 2026 and car was delivered on the 2nd of aug without resolving/ rectification of the sunroof leakage. The Supervisor constantly ignored our calls and delayed the process and now blaming it on the insurance team . On raising a concern of the issue unsolved the supervisor had the audacity to say that the leakage can only be checked 100% on real time rain 🌧.
@airindiain Rehiring the pilots who are retired beyond 57yrs and these vacancies have a limit of 30yrs. Didn't expect this from a trusted company like Tata. This is really disappointing. @RNTata2000@TCS@tatatrusts
Go first must not be allowed to disappear without being made to return the money collected from trainee pilots who were not given atleast 500hrs on line.
@CaptVilas 50 Lakhs from Type Rated pilots and 75lakhs from CPL holders.
I appreciate that you have raised this valid issue. A lot of them are under tremendous stress due to this.
