@Sez_9999 @Olesya_elegant I think the OP is using an estimate of available supply. About 1/3 is still locked in escrow and won't move. If banks hold it as collateral, that portion won't move either. Many holders in cold wallets won't sell. They will borrow to access liquidity. 10b of 65b is about 15%.
