The @TimHortons at Broadway and Laurel is literally the worst. Ordered a flatbread pizza at 3:23, it's now 3:53 and just got it. What does it take to get the regional manager here to see what the hell is going on. It's infuriating!

The last time I had an issue like this was at the end of May. When it took 16 minutes to get an Iced Capp. When I inquired about the amount of time it took, I didn't hear "Sorry for the delay," or, "We're working on, thanks for your patience." Nope. It was, "You have to wait."

This absurdity isn't even to mention the fact that the doughnut case is damn near empty. I mean, being this close to a major hospital, you'd think you'd want this to be a flagship franchise spot. If there were any level of competency they'd be printing money.

Flying commercial sucks now. They gouge you every chance they get. The customer service and experience is awful. To hell with the environment, my ultimate goal now is to make enough money that I can fly private.

I was literally near the front of the security checkpoint line when we were redirected to a different security checkpoint, following an employee like cattle to the slaughter. On the plus side, it's the closest I'll get to being in an F1 Safety Car parade.

Also, I booked through a third party and was unaware that my ticket didn't allow carry-on. That's right, my ticket doesn't allow carry-on! I had to pay pretty much half the cost of the flight to check my bag. I'm allowed a "personal item" which is a Dollarama bag.

Flying used to be fun. You'd dress up, because you were flying. Now most travellers are dressed like they're going to the gym. There used to be flight attendants who were so good you'd think they wanted to sleep with you.
