@Garrett_Archer Big subject. The income tax issue has a larger scope than just RE; property tax is more analgous to rent. WA just took the cap off of max property tax. The govt. is not bound by the laws of supply and demand when determining "rent". You'll own nothing and you'll be happy. Right?

You risked your name. Your legacy. Your safety. Your family’s safety. Your brand. Your freedom. All of it. So this country could have one more shot at being what it was supposed to be." GREAT AGAIN "
