That being said, housing prices do not decrease with an increase of housing. These units will only make the public spaces in the marina harder for people to access.

My hot take is the nice areas of SF are incredibly kino and the landowners are rightfully want to preserve that in wax and have a much higher claim than some random urbanist yahoo that wants to out 5 over ones in Yosemite

@Romy_Holland One of the beautiful things about the Marina is the buidlings arent too tall. I went to elementary school there and its a lovely neighborhood that everyone can enjoy. A 20+ story building degrades that. Good for these people. I wish more young people joined them to stop it
