@chase_uk You are currently putting me through hell. For 11 days you have locked access to my account for unknown reasons. I have called numerous times only to be told someone will call me back. The only call I have received was from a manager who didn’t know what was going on!!!
"They're always trying to divide working people... It's a tactic as old as time."
@RiccardoLaT0rre has been a firefighter since he was 18. He tells us what this election means for working class people in the UK.
Watch now and share if you agree. 📽️⬇️ #GE2019
We have reached a tipping point in this country, a time when the line between right & wrong, between Justice & injustice has never been so starkly drawn. We all now have to pick a side, it really is that simple
UK firefighters respond to around 1,900 incidents a DAY - an incredible number which illustrates just how much work they do to keep us all safe. A big “thank you” to all those whose work is dedicated to saving and protecting the lives of others https://t.co/EnUNdTpV18
We had an emotional night representing #Region3#FBU on the #Grenfell Silentwalk. Phase 1 of the enquiry is due to be released on the 30th of this month, the day before Brexit! Ask yourself why the government would choose such a busy time in the media to release this report 🤔
“Firefighters know there are long term health risks associated with inhaling smoke and gases from fire, but there is less information, or real evidence, on the risks associated with absorption of those carcinogenic substances through the skin.”
@CopsAgainstXtr @Pensionlesspleb It’s surprising how many people confuse Transitional with tapering. Several brigades have recently announced this only affects those with tapered protection 🤦🏼♂️
@CopsAgainst Its very easy for them to pretend they supported the #FBU now we’ve won! 🙄 The reality is they hid on the sidelines while we fought the battle on our own!
For the last decade the government have blamed austerity for their failure to properly fund the Fire Service. They’ve exploited our good will for too long now!
Unless the Government and fire service employers treat #firefighters fairly and with respect, we can and will consider all forms of industrial action https://t.co/hSX9Vu4gfl
