Spoke to @SkyHelpTeam retentions earlier. Ended up cancelling my £140 a month contract because the advisor treated me like I was stupid. "I know it says £20 a month online, but honestly £25 is the best price Sky offer". I'll burn 20yrs loyalty over £5 on principle alone mate 😂

Very rarely need to call @AskNationwide as they just 'work'. Twice this week I've had to call them to resolve issues caused by other companies and twice they've been nothing short of excellent. @BritishGas could learn a thing or two here....

That doesn't exempt others from criticism though. He should have been afforded the chance to finish his point THEN have her challenge if she disagrees.

@bvngtve @BBCNews @luxmy_g Could not disagree more. Her interruptions were poor and didn't allow him to finish the very valid point he was making: better control of the narrative in the immediate aftermath would have prevented the riots. Too much room was created for racists to fill in the blanks.

His point was valid and if she'd given him the chance to finish his point would have been clarified. Poor.
